The all-inclusive resort features 6 gourmet restaurants, a 24 hour all inclusive lounge, and 24 hour room service. Each room features a double jacuzzi tub, private balcony, and in room liquor dispensers plus unlimited sodas, juice and bottled water.


I have 75 weeks that can be used almost any time of year and at any resort in the Real family. Your use of these weeks includes your stay in the room and guarantees you ownership VIP treatment along with all REAL Club membership benefits including, but not limited to:

1. Preferred All-Inclusive rates: Guaranteed 30% below rack rate (all resorts are all-inclusive mandatory - you pay this separately)
Children under 6 years old - free of charge
Children between 7 and 12 years old - $25 USD a night


2. 20% discount on all SPA services (inside resort)

3. 20% discount on selected tours purchased through Best Day Travel (inquire at resort)

The $225 is for 1 week in the Deluxe Junior Suite. It is $400 for 1 week in an Ocean View or Ocean Front room. All inclusive fees also vary by room type. Please contact me for a total price including the all inclusive fees. The all inclusive fees depend on the time of year and type of room but range anywhere from $110 - $280/person/night. I just saved someone $1000 on an Ocean View room for a week in February!

This membership also includes the Royal in Cancun along with some less expensive, family-friendly Real resorts in Cancun and Playa.
