Four Sails, The - Timeshare For Sale

We must sell our timeshare at the FOUR SAILS RESORT in Virginia Beach. We own the spacious oceanfront LINKHORN PENTHOUSE SUITE with occupancy of 10 sleeps 6 privately. Our week coincides with the famous ANNUAL NEPTUNE FESTIVAL BOARDWALK WEEKEND. The resort is in a perfect location and the entire unit has a spectacular ocean-front view of the Atlantic Ocean. The resort is an RCI Resort of International Distinction. The resort provides a great variety of water sports and beach activities. On-site amenities include an indoor pool area, full-service health club, full-service sidewalk café, fine restaurant, direct beach access, fishing opportunities and more. We own RED TIME, week 39, annual usage beginning 2009 (it is rented this year already). The Penthouse unit is a huge two bedroom, two bathrooms. The weather is amazing that time of year and there is so much to do including local attractions such as Busch Gardens and historic Jamestown and Williamsburg. We bought the unit years ago and unfortunately are forced to sell. It is a deeded property, so it can be passed down in an estate. Please email me with questions.
