Gatlinburg Town Square is a gold crown resort and is the heart of Gatlinburg. This unit is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, approximately 1200 sf. It has a balcony, fireplace and a large jacuzzi in the unit. The second bedroom has it own separate entrance. Parking is underground and you can walk to anywhere in Gatlinburg from your resort.

This is my favorite resort and I already own 3 other units in this resort since I go there at least 2 times a year. I found a 3 bedroom unit so I am selling one of my 2 bedroom units at a low cost to you.

Gatlinburg Town Square is in the heart of Gatlinburg. It is one mile from the entrance to The Great Smokey Mountains. The unit has a nice balcony and fireplace.

This is a every other even year floating week, week 1-23 or 44-42. It is deeded as unit 417, week 45E, Phase II (which is a lock out unit). This unit can be split to two weeks. A week in a studio and a week in a 1 bedroom.
