Inn at the Opera, The (Shell Vacations Club) - Timeshare Rental

General Description:
Use Year March 1st 2009 to February 28th 2010, we have 8,750 points available for rent. These are usable through either a Shell Vacations Club Resort, or exchanged through RCI. Our 8,750 points will get you TWO WEEKS in a 1-bedroom at ANY of these resorts, ANY TWO WEEKS of the year. Here's the Exchange Chart:

When we come to an agreement on price, we will need you to send $250 as a security deposit on the rental, which will be subtracted from the total at the time of the reservation confirmation. Considering the value of this rental, and the potential for multiple offers, first security deposit received gets the deal. If you send a deposit and it is not the FIRST, it will be immediately sent back to you.

If you want to stay at a resort OTHER THAN a Shell Vacations Club resort (check them out at www.shellvacationsclub.com), we will make the exchange with RCI (www.rci.com) and the exchange fee (normally $164 for US or Canada, $199 international) will also be your responsibility - we'll pay it and you need to add it to your rental total.
