A second bedroom has two twin beds also with own ensuite bathroom. Downstairs is a full bathroom equipped with stackable washer and dryer, a full kitchen, dining room, and living room with a sleep sofa, air conditioning, and private patio out back. Next door there is a helath club, fitness room, game room, tennis facility (four indoor courts and 2 outdoor courts), and indoor and outdoor playgrounds for children. The main office building houses the pool and hot tub, and also has movie and game rentals. They offer babysitting services while parents enjoy the pool.
Ellsworth itslef has lots of shopping and places to eat.
A 20 minute beautiful country drive from the resort will put you in Bar Harbour, Maine- home of Acadia National Park and Cadillac Mountain. Lots of tourist attractions, ocean views, specialty shops, and restaurants to occupy young and old. Acadia National park has its own beach with unbelievable waves (the day we were there someone was actually surfing!). Nestled in the mountains there are also pristine lakes that were formed when the glaciers carved the mountains. Bar Harbour is also home of the CAT. This is the incredible high-speed ferry that runs between Bar Harbour and Nova Scotia, Canada.
This is the ultimate vacation destination for anyone who loves the ocean and wants a quiet country retreat in Maine. Plenty of shopping nearby...outlets, ladies!!
This is a warranty deed (once paid for it is yours to will to your children, and them to theirs and so on). You also have the ability to bank your week and have 2 weeks at a time. Or choose to trade it for any of the destinations in the Interval International catalogue that you receive every year (Interval is the affiliated trading company. You choose the place you want to go, call the company, and they make the arrangements for you). You always have the option to upgrade to a larger unit. Interval International will send you coupons in the mail, as well as a magazine that has hot spots and cheap vacations that you can take...including cruises.
