Separate building - like a private townhouse - only for units in building. This is LARGEST unit and most private in complex. Private front and back yard (fenced). Racketball court, indoor and outdoor pools, gameroom, near everything like day trips to Martha's Vineyard, etc., beach ticket for parking on beach during your week. Large jacuzzi in LR. Is one bedroom but very large, 2 bathrooms, 2 sleepers, partial kitchen, BBQ and private patio. Almost like your own private home on the Cape.

This week is usually still warm but NO TRAFFIC and shopping has GREATEST bargains.
