We have a one-bedroom condo (a timeshare) in West Yarmouth, Cape Cod, for rent at $588 for 7 days, from Saturday to Saturday, Sept. 6-13, 2008. It is a modest apartment, but clean and neat ¨C excellent for a family to use as a foothold to explore the Cape before school starts.

It has a community kitchen with all the utensils. I consider it a huge plus, in comparison with other upscale timeshares/hotels/motels in the Cape, because I cook simple things for my children for breakfast and some dinners, if we donĄ¯t feel like going out.

There is an indoor swimming pool and a Jacuzzi pool, a small playground outside. It is within walking distance to a beach, many eatery places and all kinds of shops. I find it very convenient.

Usually there is a Sunday breakfast at the community kitchen, when every user of that week will get to know each other and the office manager will be available to introduce Cape Cod activities and to answer any questions you might have. There are lots of Cape Cod brochures at the office for you to pick and choose and to schedule your week.

Upon receiving your check, I will send you a confirmation letter and give your name to the Office, so that they will have it when you check in.
