Located in the heart of South Beach Miami. This timeshare is beach side right on the famous Ocean Drive. Clubs, shopping, dinning, beach, sailing, parasailing, and much more are all right out the front door. Also located in the art deco district of Miami gives a historic background. This is the perfect place to fully experience Miami's South Beach. I prefer to sell and all dates for rental have to be booked 55 days in advance according to the 'guidlines' in the owner's manual.
