It can be rented out as a luxury one bedroom apartment ($1,300 US) or a two bedroom combo apartment ($2600 US) which have separate locking doors. Each one bedroom apartment sleeps 4, which works out to less than $47.00 per person per night for both units.

These beautiful luxury two bedroom apartments are at The Grandview in Las Vegas, Nevada on the Strip about 5 miles south of MGM Grand. It has free shuttle service to the rest of the Strip. Both apartments are fully furnished with kitchen, living room (has sofa that folds into queen bed) and utility with washer and dryer. Each bedroom has king-sized bed and 27' television.
