This is a points based system which allows travel at any time of the year through Diamond Resorts International with a web or telephone based reservation system. The points are attached to deeded properties located in the United States, however, the owner of this plan in addition to resorts in the United States, has access to resorts in Europe, the Carribean, and Mexico. The plan that I am selling has 4000 annual points. Last minute travelers enjoy a 50% discount on points. I have also banked 8000 points for 2009, so the buyer will initially receive 12000 points.
