These condominiums are set on the banks of the Fraser River. Area summer activities include mountain biking, white-water rafting, golf, fishing, and hiking.The complex offers a sauna, hot tubs, and a game room. The units have Data Port phone systems but free wireless is available in the activity center. Lake marinas are within a 30-minute drive and offer boat rentals, lake cruises, sailing, and fishing. Limited stakes gambling casinos are an hour's drive away.

We own this timeshare. You are NOT REQUIRED to take a timeshare tour.

Check-in is on Friday, August 9 at 4 p.m. and check-out is on Friday, August 16, by 10:00 a.m. Your accommodations are in a well-appointed three-bedroom, two-bath condo unit with living room, full kitchen, loft--all the amenities--you will never want to stay in a boring and confining hotel room again!

There is an open loft area in the 3 bedrooms that is great for additional guests to relax, complete with a sofa and table with four chairs.

The kitchens have all been updated in the last two years, with brand new hickory cabinets and granite countertops. The kitchens are very complete, with every small appliance imaginable, even a crockpot, plus the refrigerator, stove and dishwasher. The resort is undergoing a gradual renovation, and some units have been completely upgraded while others are still a little rustic with improvements scheduled soon.

Each unit has a very large deck made of the lifetime material TREX. There is a gas fireplace in every unit for your use during the cold and off-season weeks of the year. It is a very cozy and attractive rock fireplace.

We have a brand new clubhouse at Twin Rivers, with two very nice, large, in-ground hot tubs. The clubhouse also has washers and dryers to use during your stay and a comfortable sitting area to wait for them to dry, while surfing the net on your laptop. Yes, we do have free internet access at the resort for guests, so bring your laptop with you to enjoy surfing the net during your week and keep up with friends and business while on vacation.

50% of the rental price must be paid to transfer the reservation into your name, with the remaining 50% due within 30 days. A rental agreement must be signed, and can be handled with email and fax.

We own this unit, for this time period only, so the dates cannot be changed. If you are unable to travel during these exact dates, please do not bid!

There is no discount or refund for partial stays. Your bid includes lodging only and does not include any state or local taxes or miscellaneous charges you incur while at the resort. No pets allowed. One member of the travel party must be a minimum of 21 years of age to stay at the resort and must have a major credit card in his or her name. The resort will take a credit card imprint when you check in to cover any damage or charges to the unit while you are in occupancy. Additional terms and conditions may apply. Standard rates if booked directly with the resorts range between $1500 - $2800 per week.
