Timeshare Owner's Description:

Well maintained, well managed property. Right in the heart of The Strip next to the Bellagio and across the Strip from the Planet Hollywood (formerly the Allladin). Walking distance to all the major Strip hotels/casinos, especially the newer ones. Units are very well equipped and very well maintained. Units are studios with King bed and Queen sleeper sofa. Privacy for 4 with a screen between bedroom and living room/kitchen area.
Half weeks (3 or 4 days) are available at US$120/night but availability is difficult sometimes on short notice. Free parking for one car (not covered).
Please be advised there is major construction of a huge new resort surrounding the Jockey Club (through 2009).
FREE Valet parking for one car during construction. There is no self on-site parking during construction. Some valet parking is OFF SITE during construction and delays are sometimes encountered.
