Timeshare Owner's Description:

One bedroom two bath unit which you may reserve weeks 1-50 excluding Easter and Pres week. Ocean front resort and unit has lovely hot tub on balcony. Trades with RCI. First usage 2010. Pay $630 maint fee every other year. Reserve either at Cabo, Puerto Vallarta or Cancun at no charge and with the ease of just one phone call! I have title transfer paperwork from the resort and I have been told that resort will handle it for $280 transfer fee, to be paid by buyer, or buyer may select a closing company of his choice.
