In Pagosa Springs there exists plenty of recreational opportunities including trail rides, white water rafting, golf, tennis, downhill or cross country skiing, snowmobiling, snowboarding and hot air balloon rides. A horse-drawn sleigh ride to a rustic cabin for a dinner by candlelight is a great way to spend an evening. Fishing and boating are offered at any of the five nearby lakes.
Hotel Features. The Pagosa Springs resort has three nine-hole golf courses, a full service pro shop, snack bar and 18 holes of miniature golf. The on-site recreation center includes an indoor pool, racquetball court, fitness center, spa and aerobics classes. One of the state's oldest ski areas, Wolf Creek has terrain for skiers of all ability levels, but especially intermediates.
