The Hollywood Beach Tower sits right on the sands of famous Hollywood Beach on Florida's southeastern coast between Fort Lauderdale and Miami. It's just like you see in the movies...bikini's on roller blades, kids on bikes pulled by dogs, etc. This fabulous boardwalk location puts you right in the heart of all the action. With the many area shops, cafe's, restaurants, museums, and night spots of both cities, there certainly will not be a shortage of activities to keep you busy. If you're longing for lazy days of sunning and swimming, you need go no further than your doorstep--the resort is located right on the beach. Sit back, soak up some sun, listen to the soothing sounds of the ocean, and admire the palm-lined beaches for which Hollywood has become known.
As if that was not enough, the resort offers guests maid service three days a week, security, a big outdoor swimming pool on the third floor overlooking the beach, a hot tub, game room, exercise room, recreation room, and a lounge and restaurant that serves poolside with live entertainment. This is truly a vacation spot that you will want to return to every year!!
About The Condo
The unit is #501, which is a large one bedroom condo with a full kitchen and bath, and is located on the 5th floor and has an excellent view of the Intracoastal Waterway! This unit will easily sleep 4 people comfortably and still leave plenty of room to stretch and relax. Each unit at this resort is professionally decorated and fully equipped with all the amenities of home to make your stay as comfortable as possible including all kitchenware, towels, linens, pillows, etc. All you will need to do is show up and enjoy!
The Week
The week is #46, which is an excellent mid November week! A great Florida time when the weather is warm and beautiful, the rest of the country is already getting cold, and the true winter crowds have not arrived yet. You can use this week yourself or you can deposit your PRIME RED week into the Interval International (II code is HBH) or RCI Exchange Systems (RCI code is 1938) as it is affiliated with both, and then trade it for another week at one of over 5,600 resorts worldwide. The trading power is really excellent as this beachfront resort area is very popular and this week has had an excellent trading history for places like Myrtle Beach, Branson, California, Mexico, Vail, and others. The ownership and usage is annual, it is permanently deeded, and yearly maintenance and tax fees total $651, which is very good for a full week’s vacation in this location.
More Details
There is no mortgage on this timeshare. Maintenance and taxes are up to date. You will receive a Warranty Deed, which means that you are guaranteed free and clear title with no encumbrances.
The new purchaser will begin ownership with the 2009 week (2008 usage has been deposited with RCI and the fees have been paid) and be responsible for the 2009 maintenance fees, which will be billed by the resort at the appropriate time.

The closing of this transaction will be handled by a professional closing company with many years of experience in the transfer of resale timeshares.
