Grand Timber Lodge is a 5 star SKI-IN/OUT condominium resort in a private, wooded setting located between Peaks 8 and 9 of the world famous Breckenridge Ski Resort. They have excellent amenities and are close to downtown Breckenridge. A complimentary in-town guest shuttle is available. Enjoy the Budweiser Select International Snow Sculpture Championships held in Breckenridge. This is a timeshare that we own. The dates available for rent are 1/23/2009 through 1/30/2009.

Breckenridge, Colorado is a 149 year old quaint Victorian town in the Colorado Rockies. There is a wide variety of activities to enjoy. Glide down a mountain in fresh powder, ride a snowmobile above the treeline, enjoy a relaxing sleigh ride, visit the many historical sites, see the local art, have a spa treatment or go to the theatre. Activities in the area include alpine skiing/snowboarding, casino shuttle, dog sledding, fly fishing, historical tours and museum visits, hut trips, indoor and outdoor ice skating, mine tours, music, theater and art, Nordic skiing and snowshoeing, sleigh rides, snowmobiling and spas. Each year blank canvases of snow become works of art during the Budweiser Select International Snow Sculpture Championships.(1/20/2009-1/24/2009) In its 18th year, artists from all over the world will come and carve twenty-ton, 12-foot-tall blocks of snow into pieces of art using their creativity, inspiration, own two hands and permitted hand tools. Main Street Breckenridge is one of the best shopping districts in the state with more than 200 shops. Restaurants are numerous.

PAYMENT
No security deposit will be collected. Upon check-in, you must present a credit card to the front desk personnel, just like when you rent a hotel room. YOU are responsible for any damage, loss or theft incurred while renting this property. Any damage, which is not considered normal wear and tear, loss or theft caused by you or your guests will be charged to your credit card.
Owner will send a contract to renter before reservation is made that explains in detail the agreement between owner and renter. A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit via PayPal and signed contract are required to confirm your reservation. This must be done within 10 days of receiving the contract. The balance of the rental Amount will be due via PayPal 90 days prior to or before the check-in date. If the balance is not received by 90 days before the check-in date this contract will become null and void and the initial deposit will NOT be refunded.
