This is a PRESIDENTIAL unit that comes with one extra week banked with RCI. You can have two weeks of vacation in 2008!!! With this timeshare you can stay at ANY Silverleaf resort Sunday - Thursday for FREE (3 night limit) and only $49.95 on Friday and Saturday nights. All presidential units are like mini mansions with 2 full bedrooms (one has a mini kitchen in it), a jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom, a full kitchen, a dining room, at least one living area and a washer and dryer IN the unit. They are literally the size of an apartment!!!! Plus, being a Presidential Unit, they are all new and beautifully furnished. This particular unit is located at Canyon Lake, TX (near Schlitterbaun - a world famous water park) and many great towns for shopping including New Braunfels, San Antonio and Austin! Of course, you can stay at any Silverleaf resort. Dues are paid through October 2008. Presidential units often sell for $30,000 or more.
