By renting through us as owners, you will enjoy full VIP privileges and accesses, including VIP Beach, VIP World, private VIP parties, VIP Gourmet Restaurant, the VIP pool, and complimentary transportation to and from Puerto Plata Airport (this saves you $80 right there!) Imagine 4 poster beds on the beach with sheer curtains gently blowing in the breeze, and YOU in the bed (again, being served wonderful food and drinks by always pleasant wait staff!) Many daily activities are included, such as AquaFit in the pool, Spanish lessons, nightly movies, karaoke, and drink mixing lessons. Take your pick of 5 ala carte restaurants (Mexican, Italian, Asian-Fusion, Seafood, Gourmet), or the international buffet. There are numerous pool and beach bars, as well as a sushi bar on the beach. You will not go hungry or thirsty, and with the all inclusive program, you won't have to worry about prices on the menus!

1 BR/1 Bath apartments are also available, for $525 per week ($75 per night). 2 BR/1 bath apartments also available, for $630 per week ($90 per night). 2 BR/2 Bath Penthouse apartments also available for $840 per week $120 per night).

For any rental, the resort will charge you an all-inclusive fee of $40 per adult per day, $20 per day for kids 3-12 years, and under 3 years are free. This is payable directly to the resort upon check in.

We are new to vacation ownership, and certainly are not out to make a ton of money through our properties!
