This is a two bedroom, two bath, two unit lock-off, that sleeps 8. Each unit has a queen-sized bed and a sleep sofa. Check-in and out day is Sunday.
This is a 5 STAR resort. Kitchens are fully appointed with all appliances. Just bring your own food! Linens and bath towels provided. Washer/dryer located in your own lock-off hallway(not a community facility).
If you are seriously interested in buying but want to 'try it out' first by renting, that week's rent will be deducted from the listed sales price. NOTE THAT THE FIRST AVAILABILITY IS CHRISTMAS WEEK(WK.51) OF 2008. Contrary to what the standard listing page on this site says, THE OWNER(ME) WILL PAY THE CLOSING COSTS($375) and is very motivated to rent or sell, but preferably to sell. Let's talk!
