Timeshare Owner's Description:

The Charter Club of Marco Beach is a great family vacation spot. With just 80 units on the premise you can always get a chair by the pool. Crafts are offered each day for kids and adults alike. A weekly movie night is hosted by the club for children to enjoy a 'night out.' I have been visiting the Charter Club since 1985 and it has kept up with the times. Marriot Crystal Shores is currently being built next door which will enhance the value of our timeshare. I still own two other weeks but as my children get older this week will never fall on their school vacation so we need to give it up. Week 17 is school vacation for NH most years.
