In order to maintain the value and integrity of this property, a phased exterior building maintenance will take place between December 3, 2007 and December 3, 2008. We are committed to completing this work with as little disruption as possible. However, to ensure the safety of our guests, during each phase being completed the balcony doors will be secured and the balconies will not be accessible. Your resort staff at Wyndham Ocean Walk appreciates your understanding and patience during this time.
Free parking for one vehicle per unit in our garages; additional vehicles can park across the street at the Volusia County Central Parking Garage for a daily charge (connects to resort via overhead covered walkway)
