Oceanfront hotel rooms and Jr. Suites are also widely available. The resort is fully booked over the Christmas holidays this year (December 20, 2009 through January 4, 2010) and next year (December 20, 2010 through January 1, 2011) with no units available.

There is a Logo and Excursin Shop right on site at the resort, where you can go to preview, select, and purchase a variety of excursions. Some of these include Monster Truck Safari, ATV riding, Catamaran cruise with snorkeling/diving, horseback riding, Outback Safari, and golf. The resort is also located near the base of Mt. Isabel de Torres (named after Queen Isabella of Spain). Guests can ride a cablecar up the mountain, spend as much time as you like exploring the gardens and wildlife at the top, then take a breathtaking cable car ride back down the mountain. During this ride, you can see Puerto Plata City on one side of the mountain, and the countryside (farming/ranching) on the other, as well as the ocean views.
OceanWorld Adventure Park and Casino is located next door to the resort and is a wonderful way to spend a day!
