Renter must agree to follow all resort rules including no pets and no more than 6 people occuping unit at any time. Must agree to be responsible for all damages during your stay, normal wear and tear exempted. Must also have credit card available at check in just as with any resort or hotel. Must be at least 21 years old at check in. Any questions, please ask.

A $10 s&h charge will be added for shipping confirmation documents. If paying with PayPal, please add 3% to total.
