All Villas at Summer Bay Resort are air- conditioned and have a full gourmet kitchen with microwave oven and washer/ dryer. The buildings have 3 floors and an elevator. There are NO balconies with these villas. The size of the villa is relatively small (838 Sq. Ft.). 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 4 have 2 baths, 1king bed, 1 double bed and 1 queen sleep sofa. Villas are assigned upon arrival. Summer Bay Resort offers various accommodations to upgrade if available fora fee. A security deposit of US$150 is required. Guests must be 21 years of age or older to register. NO PETS allowed on property. A car is recommended to fully enjoy the area. Summer Bay Resorts shopping center is located on property with a grocery store, pizza shop, library and more. Summer Bay Resort offers free air conditioned shuttle transportation to transfer guests to the several locations on the 365 acre resort. For a US$10-14 round trip fee per person, the resort offers shuttles to Sea World, Universal, other attractions and shopping centers. Free transportation to Disney attractions is available.
