Notes: Biennial EVEN use. Reservations are based on space availability. Unit and amenities vary with resort. Maint Fee billed annually in the amount of $422.15 CAD and the Trans fee is $185.50 CAD. Fees were converted to USD. When booking a boat you will pay both a maintenance and surcharge fee. Surcharge 524.70 CAN converted to 517.45 US. Members not using the boat will not pay this surcharge. Floating Reservation System, contact resort to confirm reservation policy. Maint fee due at point of sale for 2008 use.
