Units are located both on Pompano Beach and across the street from beach. 4 outdoor pools, 7 tennis courts, 3 hot tubs, health club, game room, parasailing, jet skiing, boating, windsurfing, sports shop.

Point system allows staying at the Wyndham Sea Garden Beach and Tennis Resort any time of the year.

Also any other Wyndham resort, or by banking points can exchange with any available RCI or I.I. resorts through out the US, International, or exchange for Cruise Ship cruise.

I have one full week already banked in the RCI system available up to FEB of 2009 - (not guranteed on time of sale) so you could potentially get 14 - 21 days of condo use with this purchase?

I am open to an offer close to my asking price.
