Villa features and amenities:

This is a FULL villa, NOT a studio. It has a bedroom with separate living area. Be aware - some listings are for just the bedroom which includes just 1 bath or the living area which also has just 1 bath (with a sofa bed / Murphy bed for sleeping). We are renting out both the BR and living area as ONE UNIT which has 2 full baths.

The large master bedroom has a king bed and private bath shower / tub. Full living room/dining area with queen size sleeper sofa / Murphy bed, kitchenette, as well as, an additional full bath with shower / tub.

2 small refrigerators and 2 TVs add a little comfort for your home away from home.

You can add a cot / “rollaway” bed for a 5th person, if you so desire.

Our unit has breathtaking views of the ocean and fabulous pool from 2 private balcony / lanai! The photo top / right was taken from our balcony!

No laundry in room but easily accessible in building.


Kauai Beach Club amenities:

Be in your condo in no time since the resort is just 1 mile from the airport and you can use the complimentary airport transportation to get there.

Resort is a combination of timeshare villas and a luxury hotel. You have access to all the services of the hotel, including, Hertz office (if you need a car for only a day or two), concierge, in-room movies, and even room service!
This beautiful resort is on Kalapaki Beach and adjacent to Kaua'i Lagoons Golf Club with two Jack Nicklaus designed golf courses.
