My additional comments: this unit sleeps 4 and has a living room and a full kitchen. It also features a jacuzzi tub. Fairways of the Mountain resort is part of the larger 'Rumbling Bald Mountain' vacation community, which includes two golf courses, several outdoor pools (including one with a lazy river), an indoor pool, tennis, restaurants, a lake with boat rentals, and a spa. Because the vacation community is very large, you will need a car to access some of the amenities. (There is a pool close to the unit, but the lazy river is in another area within the same resort complex.) It is a good base for visiting the Biltmore Estate, which is about 45 miles away, as well as for visiting Chimney Rock.

Use of all Rumbling Bald facilities is included during your stay. (Of course golf, boat rentals, and spa services require additional fees.) There are no additional mandatory fees. No timeshare presentation is required. I own at this resort and this is NOT an exchange obtained from an exchange company such as RCI. In other words, I have full permission to rent this unit, unlike many other rentals offered online.
