Timeshare villas at Summer Bay Resort are tranquil two-bedrooms with two floor plans to choose from. Both floor plans sleep eight people. All villas have separate living and dining areas, and a fully-equipped kitchen with service for six. Additional amenities include three color cable TVs, VCR in the living room, ceiling fans, and hair dryer.

Summer Bay Resort is located just minutes from Universal Studios and a free shuttle ride away from Disney World. On site, the resort offers jet skiing, water skiing, canoeing, and pontoon boating on its private, spring-fed, 64-acre lake. Smaller lakes, an interactive water playground, conveniently located swimming pools, and crystal clean hot tubs are scattered across the resort. Sport enthusiasts can also enjoy tennis, basketball, volleyball, shuffle board and horseshoe courts, and miniature golf, all available on the property.
