Phase one of the resort includes 106 villas situated on exclusive oceanfront property. Upon completion, the property will have 280 villas.

The Westin Ka'anapali Ocean Resort Villas offers spacious one- and two-bedroom vacation homes featuring large lanais with ocean views, stone flooring, marble counter tops, roomy bathrooms, fully equipped kitchens, washer/dryer, and the Westin Heavenly Bed with layer upon layer of cozy down bedding and some of the world's finest linens. Studio villas sleep four and feature a king Heavenly Bed, and a sleeper sofa. One-bedroom villas sleep four with a king Heavenly Bed or two double beds, and a sleeper sofa in the living area. Two-bedroom villas sleep eight with king Heavenly Beds in both bedrooms and two sleeper sofas.

Owners and guests will enjoy the conveniences of the resort's many amenities including a general store and a business center with computers and Internet access. The resort also offers a variety of recreational activities including a lavish 7,600-square-foot swimming pool featuring waterfalls and a 90-foot slide, a poolbar, lighted tennis courts, owners lounge and game room, and outdoor gas grills. Just for the kids, the resort features a kiddie pool and The Westin Kids Club children's program, which offers cultural activities and excursions to nearby attractions. For relaxation and rejuvenation, guests can enjoy the resort's two hot tubs, or work up a sweat in The Westin Workout Fitness Center, which features a sauna and steam room.

Note: Construction is still ongoing at the sister property next door to the Westing Ka'anapali Ocean Resort Villas and may result in noise, dust, and limited parking affecting both resort properties. Construction is anticipated to continue through 2007
