The condo is currently reserved for: JULY 29 - AUGUST 5. According to the Marriott web site the rest of the summer is sold out. There are fall dates available.


THE CONDO
The main unit has 2 generous bedrooms, each with a bathroom (one has a jacuzzi tub), a living room, full kitchen and dining room. The living room sofa pulls out. There are 2 decks with ocean and/or pool view. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. The third bedroom down the hall is very large - with sitting area, kitchenette, and full bathroom. There is also a deck in this room. We typically put the people with the most or littlest kids in this room, it’s quiet and big enough for a crib, pulling out the sofa and lots of stuff! Total 3BA/3BA square footage is just over 1700. Color TV’s with satellite and DVD players and Internet access throughout. Washer/dryer in-unit and linen service available.

THE RESORT
It’s so easy to have a relaxing yet fun-filled vacation - everything you need is right at your fingertips. The huge pool with “lazy river” runs right below this building. There are 3 main pools, and you’ll also find a water slide and jacuzzis. There’s a pool bar and grill – the food is great. A short walk past the pool area you’ll find the beach with plenty of tiki huts and lounge chairs. There is also a casino on the property, activities for kids, a big game room, a nice fitness room, lighted tennis courts, volleyball, basketball, restaurants, a convenience store and retail shops. A walkway that runs for miles along the beach will take you behind all the big resorts – great for runners or walkers.

If you want to go off the property, everything is within a $5-$15 cab ride. It’s easy to plan fishing trips, snorkeling, golf, horseback riding and shopping excursions.
