Apple Valley Resort is nestled in the hills of Knox County, a few miles from Mount Vernon, Ohio. The resort is located within the Apple Valley community, a large community around 511-acre Apple Valley Lake. Only a short walk from your condo is a beautifully manicured 18 hole PGA golf course. From early spring through their closing at the beginning of winter, the Apple Valley Golf Course is a wonderful neighbor in our community with a hearty Snack Bar Restaurant at the Pro Shop.
Your unit has everything for gracious living. A fireplace, deck with a gas grill, big-screen TV & cable, VCR and stereo. Each unit has a hot tub room with a full size spa that the entire family will use.
The large kitchens are fully equipped and include the dining area. All units are on one floor, so there are no stairs or steps. The master bedroom has a master bath with double vanity and double closets. Another full bath is next to the second bedroom and all beds are Queen Size. One of the couches in the living room opens to a sleeper sofa large enough for two adults. The unit sleeps six, has a standard washer and dryer, and even a game table in the living room.
