Georgian Inn Beach Club - Timeshare Rental

This is a one week condo rental from 4PM Saturday March 1 to 10AM Saturday March 8, 2008 during Daytona’s Bike Week. The Georgian Inn Beach Club Resort in Ormond Beach is just 3 miles north of Main Street where all the action is during Bike Week.

This resort underwent complete restoration in 2005.

The condo is a one bedroom ocean/street view unit so you can watch the babes on the beach AND the bikes on the street from your balcony. The unit accommodates four people, two in the queen size bed and two on the full size pull out sofa. So take a couple of friends along and share the cost and the fun with all the comforts of home. You will have ample storage, a TV, DVD/VCR, digital clock radio, a two-burner stovetop, microwave, a full-sized refrigerator, coffee maker, and toaster. There are also all the little necessities like cookware, dishes, hair dryer, iron and ironing board and laundry basket.

The Georgian Inn prides itself on satisfying its guests. There are such amenities as the Sunday edition of the local newspaper delivered right to your door, wireless internet service throughout the building, and a lending library (take a book/leave a book). DVD movies, blenders, mixers, and assorted bakeware, as well as baby cribs and rollaway beds are available for sign-out, free of charge, at the front desk. Beach cruiser bicycles, boogie boards, beach chairs and chaises are available for a nominal fee.

Additional amenities include outdoor BBQ grills, soft drink and snack machines, gym, arcade, large social room, and on-site laundry facilities. There is an indoor hottub for soaking and socializing after a hard day of riding. And of course there is a large heated pool overlooking the beach, as well as a kiddie pool.

A covered section of the parking lot will be reserved for motorcycles during Bike Week.

The registering guest must be at least 21, have positive ID, and must provide a major credit card for any phone or damage charges incurred during your stay. The winning bidder will be provided with a letter identifying you as the authorized user of the unit for March 1 – March 8. I am the owner of this unit week, not a rental agent, so there is no middleman to deal with. I normally occupy this unit each Bike Week, but am unable to go this year.

There are no additional fees, taxes or surcharges, and you will not be required to take a timeshare tour.
