Terms and Conditions:

The rental is for a 7 Night stay either Saturday - Saturday or Sunday to Sunday week stay from March 2008-December 2008 excluding the Thanksgiving and Christmas Holiday Weeks.

I will work with the buyer on securing the reservation for the desired week. Please have at least 3-4 week choice options.

Seller's payment instructions
Seller requires $300 non-refundable deposit to secure commitment. The balance is due within 30 days after commitment. This is so that the buyer has time to look into air/car arrangements. If buyer has difficulty with final arrangements, (other than the availability of desired week) seller will allow cancellation (w/forfeiture of deposit) up until final balance is due. Credit Card required at check in for resort charges and any unforeseen issues, such as room damage at time of checkout. Any room or resort damage by occupants is the responsibility of the buyer. There will also be a Hawaiian occupancy tax that will be charged to the occupant at time of check-out. Any additional taxes or fees while at the resort are the responsibility of the buyer.
