Mystic Dunes Resort and Golf Club - Timeshare Rental and Resale

MYSTIC DUNES Golf Resort is a 5 star INterval International resort. Formerly called the WYndam Palms, it is only 2 miles from Disney (you can see the nightly Disney fireworks from the bedroom window!). It is one of the few resorts with a golf course on site.
The big screen TV is a nice plus you don't find in other resorts; the leather furniture and jacuzzis in the master bedrooms are great. This is a lock-out unit; a 1 BR unit next to the 2BR unit. Both have balconies overlooking the golf course.
Week 6 this year was Feb 10-17th, during the Datona 500 RACE Week, Washington/Lincoln's birthday, and VALENTINES day. Note that mid February is beautiful in Florida (upper 75-80 F).
This is an absolutely magnificent resort. It includes everything listed below. Do realize that you are paying less to stay at this plush, world-class resort than you would at a Disney low-end hotel room. (The first time we visited it sounded like the hotels in the Disney area were cheap, but you get what you pay for. It's no fun having shabby accomodations, esp. if you have a large family. Why stay in multiple rooms when you can rent a villa? ) Having your own villa means you can have meals on your own, wake up to your own coffee, relax on your own balcony overlooking the golf course, and spend the day at your own resort (vs. paying to go elsewhere to get out of a tiny hotel room!) Plus there is a free breakfast M-F plus planned activities if interested.
On-property amenities such as an 18-hole championship golf course, professional golf instruction, restaurant, and clubhouse. Also featured are 3+ swimming pools, a wading pool, water slide, basketball court, tennis court, playground, a poolside grill and bar, 18-hole miniature golf, bicycles, and organized activities for adults and children. The villas include fully equipped kitchens and hot tubs in the master baths.
