2 Bedrooms.
These have 2 bedrooms, a living room with a kitchenette and dining. These apartments can house 6 adults and privacy is for two couples.

1 Bedroom.
These have 1 bedroom, a living room with kitchenette and dining. These apartments can house 4 adults and privacy is for one couple.

Studio.
These apartments have an all in one structure. That is, a living cum bedroom with a kitchenette and dining. Can house 3 adults and privacy is for a couple.
***The kitchens in every apartment are well-equipped with hot plate, vessels, pressure cooker, cutlery and crockery.

Sterling offers you a host of services and facilities including housekeeping, safe deposit vaults, car parking, car wash facilities, first aid and laundry. Other special amenities include CCTV, guide services, an in-house shopping facility that features a souvenir shop, a grocery shop and an in-house library. Pick up and drop services are available from the railway station/airport to the resort. In case of elderly people/senior citizens or the physically handicapped, a wheelchair is available for use at the reception area.

Besides a gamut of entertainment, there are lots of activities for the whole family. While kids have an exclusive play area, adults can test their skills at various indoor games that include card games and billiards. Families have cozy evenings at the banquets. A crèche and amphitheater are available while a discotheque can be organized on request.
Party games can also be organized, as can theme parties, magic shoes, bonfire nights, fun fairs and live bands.
Multi-cuisine restaurant are available at the resort to offer you delectable fare from a variety of cuisines - Indian, Chinese, Continental.

The Conference Hall can accommodate a maximum of 200 people seated in theater style. The conference equipment available includes a TV/VCR, OHP, slide projector, photostat copier, fax, PA system. An LCD Projector can be made available for rent on prior notice.
