This is a beautiful cottage in a private village community, very upmarket, and on the banks of the superb Loch Tay surrounded by fantastic Scottish Mountains in the heart of Perthshire.

I have often taken extra weeks as I love the area so much, and the property is fabulous with large open-plan lounge with two terraces, fully fitted kitchen, fully equipped.

There are woodland walks, or you can amble along the Loch-side. You are very close to Killin, or Aberfeldy, both of which are steeped in Scottish History. Nearby there is everything imaginable to do from white water rafting, water ski-ing, sailing, jet-ski's, or just lazing in the sun. Yes, its always sunnier down in this part of Scotland.

Only reason for this listing is I now live in the Greek Islands.
