The Sparks Marina and casinos are within easy walking distance away. At the Sparks Marina you'll find fishing lake stocked with trout, two swimming beaches, two sand vollyball courts, picnic areas & gazebos with Barbeques, lighted trail systems, playground, sailing lessons and more.

At the resort itself you'll find pool and spa, fitness center, full service salon & day spa, lovely grounds and party facilities, recreation room, sports facilities, and more.

Your unit is one bedroom one bath with full kitchen, TV, aircondtioning. This is a non smoking resort.

To check a date please send $100 ($425 if within 90 days of check in) via paypal to Tim_Troutman@msn.com If it is available I'll lock in your dates and the balance will be due within 30 days. If not I'll provide alternatives. If alternatives don't work, I'll immediately refund the deposit. You risk nothing. Paypal accepts credit cards.
