This is the number one requested week according to Interval Internatiional. Remember a Passport is not required to go to the US Virgin Islands. Paypal is accepted for payment and paypal accepts your credit card with your verified shipping address. Deposit due with lease signing and remaining payment due 90 days prior to check in date.

The Gardenview suites measure a roomy 563 sq. feet and are decorated in a traditional Caribbean décor with terracotta tiled floors. Suites include a king size bed, a/c, satellite cable TV, separate sitting area with pull-out sofa, ceiling fans, rocking chair, desk and private screened in patio. They also feature oversized bathroom, walk in closet, large shower, hairdryer, iron and ironing board and in-room safe. They are dotted throughout the property and the views are lush foliage and many have partial water view.

Renter must be atleast 21 years of age and must have major credit card upon check in for incidentals and security deposit. Must agree to follow all rules including no pets and not exceeding unit limit of 4 people.
