I am a private timeshare owner, not the resort. I AM NOT A BUSINESS, I RENT TO RECOVER MY COSTS WHEN I HAVE SURPLUS TIMESHARE TIME I CAN'T USE. You will receive vale for your money and can compare my quotes to the daily rental rates from the resort at www.powhatanplantation.com This is a timeshare resort where you will be registered as my guest. All units are individually owned but maintained and furnished by the resort management.

Sample rents for a 2BR: summer is $950*/week; late Sep’08-Feb’09 is $500*; $600 for other seasons for a 2BR. (* holidays like the 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Xmas, and NYs ' are more, off-season less, smaller less, larger more. Email me with ANY questions at the link below, all inquiries quickly answered.)

Credit card payments via PayPal provide you added security, they make payments easier and faster and help secure reservations early. If you choose to pay by credit card please pay entire amount to cut down on transaction fees, because of the ease of use and the ease in record keeping I will absorb the 3% which are PayPal’s fees to me.
