Sunrise Cove at Village West - Timeshare For Sale

This is a newer Lockout unit that was built in 2004 at Sunrise Cover in Spirit Lake, IA. Our week is 33, Red week. We do have a week that is banked with RCI that we are willing to give with the purchase of our unit. This lockout can be used for one family or two families since there is a door that can separate each side. One side has a great full size kitchen with eat at bar. Very spacious eating area and living room with fireplace and a couch that converts into a bed. There is a deck located outside of the living room. Lots of shopping and specialty shops near by along with an amusement park that is great to for kids of all ages.
