Worldmark, The Club is a flexible reservation system that allows members to use credits to make reservations. Number of credits used are based on location, season, length of stay and size of the unit. The properties have a Gold Crown rating and can be viewed at www.worldmarktheclub.com. Usage starts immediately with 24000 credits available now. The 12000 annual credits are usually enough to rent a 2+ bedroom/2+ bath at any of the resorts. Can be exchanged/deposited with RCI if you are a member.

Maintenance fees are due quarterly in the amount of $157. The asking price includes 1st quarter maintenance fees and the $150 transfer fee.
