Umbrella Beach Resort sets across a residential street from the Gulf of Mexico, located on Anna Maria Island. The resort consists of 13 townhouse units, with six units facing the gulf and the other seven facing the Island. All units overlook the courtyard and pool area. Each unit is three stories. Unit A7 has a private garage on the first floor, with the living/dining area and kitchen on the second floor. The top floor has a master bedroom with king-size bed and a second bedroom that contains two twin beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The units are very spacious (1600 sq. ft.) with lots of large windows and three balconies. There is a television in each bedroom and one larger one in the living area. Two bikes are provided with each unit.

2007 Maintenance fee was $706.00. Next useage s in 2009. All fees paid through 2008. A reservation has been made for Memorial Day week in 2009. However, the reservation can be changed to any availale week in 2009.
