Vacation Villas - Timeshare Rental and Resale

Titusville vacation villas is one hour away for orlando, half an hour away from daytona, and 15 min from cocoa beach. I have two consecutive weeks available. Week 9 and week 10 are very good weeks because it is during Daytona Bike week. I would like to rent each week for 400 per week. If you are interested in purchasing the two weeks I would take 1200 for both deeds. This is two consecutive weeks every year at the condo. I am trying to sell these weeks because my wife and I have to go through the in vitro process to have a child. $25,000.00 and insurance does not cover, so we will not be going on vacation anytime soon. This is the only reason I am selling the weeks if someone wants to know. We have been there every year for the last three and we love it because we can go to orlando, cocoa, and daytona on the same vacation. I would be willing to rent both weeks or just one. The same goes for selling, I would be willing to sell one or both weeks. Thank you for looking!
