This is 7 day rental in a 4 Bedroom Deluxe unit at the Wyndham Resort at Fairfield Glade; checking in Saturday May 31, 2008 after 4:00 pm Central time zone. Rental cost for this period is $1,400 or best offer.

I accept Certified Check or Paypal, but the renter wll need to include a 3 percent Paypal fee. Due to limited time frame within which to complete this rental, this rental is non-cancellable once confirmed. Email confirmation will be sent to renter once provided by Wyndham. Renter to sign standard rental contract.
