It has 2 spacious livingrooms with Queen beds,2 private bedrooms w/ king beds, 2 kitchens and a total of 3 bathrooms. This tower luxury suite has two balconies that give you panoramic views of the ocean/Banderas'Bay ,the mountain range and Puerto Villarta. This suite can be used as a Lock Off, you can use one half of it for each of 2 weeks.

The resort has 3 restaurants, 3 huge magnificent pools in a lush tropical setting; one with 4 waterfalls, one with a swim up bar and one for children. Plus a giant outdoor Hot Tub formed in a mountain setting. There are several nice shops,a large health Spa,tennis courts, gym, mini market, daily family activities, and evening entertaiment. It has a great location, just a short walk to town and the beautiful boardwalk.

Maintenance fee is only charged for the years the unit is used.
