As you can see from the 2nd from the left picture above, this Silver Crown resort has three two-story oceanfront buildings (as well as another non-oceanfront building across a path in back). This particular unit is in the right-most oceanfront building (as you're looking from the beach) on the first floor, so that there are no stairs if your group includes the elderly or the very young.

The expansive, immaculately clean beach has fine texture white sand, a gentle slope into the water, comfortable water temperatures, and is relatively uncrowded. The upscale New Smyrna Beach 'beachside' neighborhood has many million to two million dollar homes and condos along the shoreline (do a search at realtorDOTcom and see for yourself).

The condo is a 2 BR, 2 bath with living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, disposal, full size refrigerator, full size range), and tile floors throughout. There is a queen size bed in one bedroom, two twin beds in the second bedroom, and the living room couch folds out into a queen-sized bed.

Disney World, other Orlando-area attractions, and Cape Canaveral are within reasonable driving distances. Daytona Beach, Ormond Beach, and Ponce Inlet are across a channel and are within minutes driving distance.

Week 22 is a very high demand week as it not only has perfect weather, but is also right after Florida, Georgia, and other southern state schools let out, as well as after the nation's university students go on their summer break.

In summary, this resort offers a top quality vacation experience in an exclusive “million dollar” location at minimal cost.
