price is neg. MUST SELL PROPERTY, i am currently in school and we cant afford it anymore, it is a really nice timeshare, when we bought it we paid $25,500.00, we have used it to trade to go mexico and mami and we got both excellent trips at a really reasonable price since the timeshare is week 25 and is a red week
