Ocean Club Villas, The - Timeshare Rental

This newly remodeled three bedroom/two and a half bath penthouse is a wonderful Caribbean vacation rental. It can be a romantic private place for a couple or a comfortable place for a large family reunion. With a panoramic 270 degree view from the western side of the island, you can view the nightlights of Marigot, the Dutch and French oceans and the departing cruise ships.

The penthouse is 5 minutes from the airport. It is steps away from Ocean Club’s Beach and a minute away from Cupecoy Beach. The French side is a mile away and it is a short distance further to Marigot. A small market, casino, restaurants and Mullet Bay are within walking distance.

This has been our favorite place to stay on the island. The view is great, it is quiet and child friendly. The traffic is also easy in this end of the island and it is a quick trip to Marigot for dinner or to the nightlife of Maho.

The penthouse has a fully furnished kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertop. Dining tables both inside and outside on the terrace. The penthouse has air conditioning, tile floors, satellite television, DVD and VCR player, phone and free wireless internet. There is also a free washer and dryer available.

The penthouse sleeps eight, with two king beds and a queen bed in the bedrooms and a pull out queen bed in the sun room. Rates can be adjusted if you only want to rent one of the bedrooms.
