This unit is in the front building facing the ocean and boardwalk. This a non smoking, oceanfront condo is on the beach. All rooms feature ocean views, except the bathroom and second bedroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking and eating utensils. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, the second bedroom 2 twin beds, and the living room two couches and 2 folding mattresses - similar to a futon, but slightly narrower than twin beds and 1 foot longer - which can easily accommodate children. The large balcony overlooks the boardwalk and has patio seating for 4. There is one parking space below the unit large enough to fit the biggest SUV. The unit is located on the 2nd floor, in the middle of the building in a 3 story complex. The unit can be accessed by stairs or elevator. The condo is located halfway between the Pacific Beach Pier and the famed Belmont Park roller coaster. Daily room service is not available.
